Random Insults Records

Noisier!

Site is back.

After months of inactivity due to the domain changing owners (with several months of lost domain name) - I finally have it back and can continue working on these pages again.  Sorry to all for inactivity and down times for these pages.

Added the new noise-industrial track "Retarded" to the mp3 download section.  Enjoy it loud.

Dec. 21, 2006

Have not done much here recently but in 2007 things will develop.  In January expect the release of the PE/noise/Neo-Industrial CDR from the site project Darius (PR) - which will be released under RI.

Also, currently RI is working on a dark ambient, industrialish and orchestral record in the studio which will be largely a Neo-Industrial release.  In contrast to previous works, the use of percussion will be very limited on that release.

Otherwise, happy hollidays to all.

Site Updates

September 29, 2006

As you may have noticed there has been quite some activity here in the last week.  First of all, a release has been made available on-line (go to the free web-releases page) called arme Sau.........  http://www.random-insults.com/freeriwebreleases.htm  This is the inaugural release of RIR as a label.

Second, this page now has a background sound called "Lava" - a new RI track for an upcoming release that will be orchestral with noise.  Like mostly rather dark I fear.

Last, we have now many new pages.  We like to ask you for links so that we can add your link to the "Links" page.  What still has to be done is some sort of a mission page (do we need that??????).  Anyhow, artists are now also encouraged to submit material for release.  For details read the contacts page.

Cheers, Kai

Welcome to RIR News

September 22, 2006

This is the start of RIR as a new label to flood the ever growing experimental-noise-industrial music market with high quality output.  Thus far it is limited to Random Insults releases, but we are working on also establishing distribution relationships.  Furthermore, in the future we might sponsor releases by other artists.  Anyhow, it all started September of 2006, gives us some time to develop.

RIR is a label which does not care about politics.   However, we will never release homophobic or racist stuff in any form because we hate stuff like that.
